As the brand leader of skate culture and community, Vans is excited to host several skate activations at Bukit Bintang Sidewalk where we’ll be welcoming some of our athletes across Asia at events throughout the 7 Days. The Vans Sidewalk Session returns to Bukit Bintang as a contest where style overrides competition. This inclusive contest will feature all the most relevant street skaters from Asia. Vans Sidewalk Session celebrates skate culture by bringing together the world’s most exciting and stylish skaters alongside local brand partners Hikari Riders & Super Sunday.
Through jam formats, riders will be awarded for style and unique approach instead of routine contest runs and traditional competition approaches. Vans Sidewalk Session will also feature the Vans Skatepark, which Vans will provide access to the local community and NPO partners throughout the seven days to experience riding or skating this unique course design.
